You will savor this hands on cooking class featuring grilled meats and vegetables paired with fresh ingredients and home made dressings creating summer entree salads. Each  salad creation will pair perfectly with Kestrel’s Summer Wines.

Learn grilling techniques, how to make a variety of marinades, toppings and dressings and also how to combine flavor profiles to create your own summer salads at home.

Cooking Class Menu:

Balsamic Tri-tip beef (or portobello mushroom) with blue cheese, heirloom tomato and avocado salad

Grilled Jamaican jerk chicken served with field greens and fresh made mango and red onion salsa

Grilled Summer Vegetable Salad with roasted eggplant, zucchini and yellow squash with baby greens and finished with an white wine and mustard dressing and topped with crumbled goat cheese

And for dessert….  Fresh Summer Berry Compote with a cheesecake drizzle
