Balsamic Tri-tip beef (or portobello mushroom) with blue cheese, heirloom tomato and avocado salad
Grilled Jamaican jerk chicken served with field greens and fresh made mango and red onion salsa
Grilled Summer Vegetable Salad with roasted eggplant, zucchini and yellow squash with baby greens and finished with an white wine and mustard dressing and topped with crumbled goat cheese
And for dessert…. Fresh Summer Berry Compote with a cheesecake drizzle
