Pike Place Market is known for it’s unique and fresh ingredients. Join Chef Jessica Smith on a shopping field trip to the market to learn about unique and creative ingredients.  After your educational shopping experience, you will return to the Kestrel Woodinville Wine Cellar for a demo style and participation cooking class preparing gourmet dishes using your hand selected ingredients.  Upon completion of cooking you will enjoy a lunch of the items you have made.  Meet at Kestrel Woodinville at 9:00 am for a shuttle transport to the the market and return to cook and enjoy an afternoon lunch!
