Wine Purchase: 1 case minimum per 25 guests of Falcon, Winemaker, or Signature Series Wines
1-25 guests = 1 case, 26-50 guests = 2 cases, etc.
Gratuity: 18 % gratuity included on all private events
Private event rentals include wine service by Kestrel staff, wine discounts for your guests, and use of our exclusive Signature Room. 50% is due at the time of booking to confirm reservation. Wine selection and balance are due 7 days prior to event.

Kestrel is available for private events:
Monday—Sunday 10:00am– 5pm (Signature Room only) and 5:00pm-midnight
Capacity:
Signature Room 15 guests
Tasting Room Reception Style 60 guests
Catering
Kestrel is pleased to recommend catering services in the Leavenwortharea for your catering needs. Kestrel also welcomes you to use your own catering or provide your own food. Kestrel has limited kitchen facilities. You are encouraged to have your caterer confirm their kitchen needs prior to your event.
Outside Alcohol
Kestrel Wines are the only alcoholic beverages available for service at our facility. State law prohibits the consumption of outside alcohol on Kestrel premises.
Minors
Attendees of Kestrel private events do not have to be 21 years of age, however, Kestrel is not a child friendly facility. We do recommend young children not attend private events at Kestrel. Renter will be responsible for any damage caused by guests.
