Facility Rental Options and Wine Service:

Wine Purchase: 1 case minimum per 25 guests of Falcon, Winemaker, or Signature Series Wines
1-25 guests = 1 case, 26-50 guests = 2 cases, etc.
Gratuity: 18 % gratuity included on all private events
Private event rentals include wine service by Kestrel staff, access to AV equipment, wine discounts for your guests, access to our in-house event coordinator and use of our exclusive wine cellar. 50% is due at the time of booking to confirm reservation. Wine selection and balance are due 7 days prior to event.

Kestrel is available for private events:
Thursday – Monday 8:00 am– noon and 5:00-midnight
Tuesday & Wednesday All Day
Banquet seating 48 guests Reception Style 80 guests* Summer Reception 100 guests*
*The City of Woodinville requires a banquet permit for groups of 48 or more. This permit is acquired by Kestrel and the permitting fee of $300 will be added to your event cost.
Kestrel is pleased to recommend catering services of Intimate Events Catering for your catering needs. Kestrel also welcomes you to use your own catering or provide your own food. Kestrel has limited kitchen facilities. You are encouraged to have your caterer confirm their kitchen needs prior to your event.
Kestrel Wines are the only alcoholic beverages available for service at our facility. State law prohibits the consumption of outside alcohol on Kestrel premises.
Attendees of Kestrel private events do not have to be 21 years of age, however, Kestrel is not a child friendly facility. We do recommend young children not attend private events at Kestrel. Renter will be responsible for any damage caused by guests.
