I love Kaffir Lime Leaf. I was wondering if you can freeze it to use later, does that affect the flavor?
Also, do you have a favorite go-to curry recipe that can be made quickly? I love curry and often cook from Madhur Jaffreys’ cookbook, but have to dedicate an entire day to one dish. Any chance you could help me with something that is delicious and could be thrown together on a whim? Thanks. FDEE
